Refund Categories:

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made within the service provider's specified time frame prior to the service date, contingent upon their refund policies. 

In case of any refunds approved by Cognitive Navigation Private Limited, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made closer to the service date than allowed by the service provider's policy may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the service provider.

Non-Refundable: Certain promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for any refund as per the terms specified by the service provider.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms provided by the service provider, using the original payment method. The timing and receipt of refunds depend on the service provider’s specific policies and procedures.

By using our service, you agree to indemnify us from any responsibility for refunds. Refund eligibility and processing are solely the responsibility of the service provider.
